Payment...

Payments are processed by PayPal to ensure your information is kept safe. Anyone with an email address can pay for goods online using PayPal. You will be directed to a secure site which is hosted by PayPal - a payment processor. You can then pay via credit card, direct debit, or using your own PayPal funds if you already hold an account. PLEASE NOTE - You do not need to have a PayPal account to use this option. You can make one-off secure payment transactions using your credit card, without registering for a PayPal account .

The checkout process is as follows:

'Proceed to Checkout' or 'Checkout with PayPal' once all items are in the 'Brown Paper Package'

'Pay with PayPal Account', 'Login', or enter credit card and address details, 'Review and Continue'

'Review Your Information' (confirms your address and calculates postage cost), 'Continue'

Shipping & Payment page (will show postage cost)  - 'Complete my Purchase' or 'Cancel and Return to Store'

If you would prefer to pay by other methods, please email us through the 'Contact Us' page, listing the items you would like to purchase, prior to using the checkout system.

Your personal details will not be shared with any third parties.  

Something not quite right? 

Let us know within 7 days of receiving your Package. Although we hope you will just love your purchase, if the contents of your Brown Paper Package arrive broken or faulty please contact us with details and we will let you know what to do next. 

We can not accept returns if you change your mind.  Please read all descriptions carefully. We will happily accept returns if a product has been incorrectly described.  If the product has been correctly described but incorrectly read, we can not accept a return on it. Please check all measurements, sizes, fabric contents etc before ordering. 

Items we have agreed on a return for will be refunded or exchanged providing that they are in the same condition as when you first received them and, you have taken reasonable care to ensure that any item is returned to us safely, packaged as you received it and not damaged in transit. Unfortunately, post and package costs are non-refundable and we are not responsible for returns that do not reach us.  It is advisable to return via a secure method like Registered Mail or courier to ensure the package is traceable. 

Postage cost for exchanges whereby Brown Paper Packages is not at fault are at the cost of customer. 

Please be aware that due to the handmade nature of a lot of our products there will be very slight variations and also that old trick of computer screens – colours are never an exact match to real life, but generally reasonably close.  As a lot of our products are made for each individual order we can not accept returns if you change your mind.

Please only place an order if you are happy with these terms.
